(April 15, 2004) - Two of racing's most exciting traditions, the Kentucky Derby and the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series, will come together on April 25 when the Kentucky Derby 130 logo is featured on the No. 40 Coors Light Dodge driven by Sterling Marlin and on limited edition specialty die-cast adult collectibles of the stock car created by Action Performance Companies Inc.

The official Derby 130 logo, which was designed by the Churchill Downs graphics team, will be part of the paint scheme on the No. 40 Coors Light/Kentucky Derby 130 Dodge when Marlin competes in the Aaron's 499 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race at Alabama's Talladega Superspeedway. The April 25 race is scheduled six days before the 130th running of the world famous "Run for the Roses" on Saturday, May 1.
