Just when I had almost given up on miracles, you come along, Barbaro. Even before the accident, watching you win gave us such a heartwarming feeling because a true champion alwa**tands out. It was always your heart, Barbaro, that made you a champion and the reason you are so loved. You will be a champion forever. I continue to pray every day for you and your caretakers. Checking on your steady progress has become a daily ritual. To Dr. Richardson and staff, my sincere thanks and admiration for your continued efforts for Barbaro. You are heroes.
