This is the 133rd running of The $2,000,000 Grade I Kentucky Derby.
#1 - SEDGEFIELD: Turf and Polytrack seem to be his game.
#2 - CURLIN: Is he good enough to overcome the inexperience?
#3 - ZANJERO: Definitely not as good as the best ones.
#4 - STORM IN MAY: Calder shipper seems miscast.
#5 - IMAWILDANDCRAZYGUY: Will need a career best effort for a small share.
#6 - COWTOWN CAT: Nice colt is at the top of the "B" class.
#7 - STREET SENSE: If the rail is open, look out!
#8 - HARD SPUN: Recent 5-furlong drill most certainly can't help.
#9 - LIQUIDITY: Californian is overmatched in here.
#10 - TEUFLESBERG: Has already had 15 starts. Look elsewhere.
#11 - BWANA BULL: King of the Northern California sophomores is up against it.
#12 - NOBIZ LIKE SHOBIZ: Enigmatic colt must "get his act" together.
#13 - SAM P.: Removes blinkers for toughest test to date.
#14 - SCAT DADDY: Honest colt is getting good at the right time.
#15 - TIAGO: Don't expect lightning to strike twice.
#16 - CIRCULAR QUAY: Great fresh runner returns from an 8-week hiatus today.
#17 - STORMELLO: Multiple cross-country travels have taken a toll on him.
#18 - ANY GIVEN SATURDAY: Much better than his last. Not impossible.
#19 - DOMINICAN: Does have some familiarity with Churchill Downs.
#20 - GREAT HUNTER: I've always believed he's a closing sprinter. Pass.
Our selections are #16 - CIRCULAR QUAY, #7 - STREET SENSE, #14 - SCAT DADDY, and #18 - ANY GIVEN SATURDAY.

I'm lovin' your pick descriptions! I think i'm swaying toward Scat Daddy #1 ..Any Given Saturday #2 and #3 Dominican for fun...hey he's got a Saintly Order behind his namesake.
See you after the race.

yeah Nobiz had a strong last quarter at the Wood Memorial...I like scat daddy the more I watch him...if curlin sees congestion and if scat can stalk the pace and close it out he could be your winner...hold on to many "IFS' in that sentence. your guess is as good as mine...

I've thrown out 1, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, & 20 for much of the same reasons. I think Hard Spun will tire out turning for home. If his 5 furlong work is any indication of how this horse will run the race, expect him at or on the lead and the half pole, then fall. I don't like changing things up, so Sam P removing his blinkers does it for me.
Some horses I will be putting in my exotics with Street Sense, Curlin, & Any Given Saturday include; Zanjero - watch out for this horse. He is a great closer and moves well through traffic. Cowtown Cat - he's being overlooked, that bodes well for value, plus he has a legitimate chance. Liquidity - He hasn't looked good lately, but I think will be the best of the O'Neill horses. Nobiz - Just because I like the way Barclay handled Funny Cide, and he's doing it again. Scat Daddy - ready to surprise everyone I think. Circular Quay and Dominican - because they close great. Stormello - I agree with your comment, but he is the only horse in the field who could go to the lead and keep it all the way around. I see him much the same as Lion Heart when he fininshed 2nd to Smarty Jones.
Good Luck.

Very similar to my picks. What about Nobiz, he scares me!
