Horoscope for Derby week:
Positive changes are occuring during the week. The changes reflect inner transformations from the past few months in training and will lead to more positive changes in the next 3 days.

Interesting fact:
Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) is our famous Aquarius of the day, sharing the sign with 4 Derby Contenders. Although he did not live to see the very first Kentucky Derby, he must have known it would happen as he was born in the Bluegrass State.

As 16th president of the United States, Abraham Lincoln lead our country through the Civil War, was immortalized by his Emancipation Proclamation and Gettysburg Address. He was born in Hardin (now Larue) County, Ky., on Feb. 12, 1809. His family moved to Indiana and then to Illinois, and Lincoln gained what education he could along the way. In 1855, he was a candidate for senator and the next year he joined the new Republican Party.

I think he would pick one of the four Aquarius contenders to win the Derby.

About the Contenders:
Today was a “breezy” day on the track for three of the four Aquarius horses. Cowboy Cal has not yet arrived to Churchill Downs. Check out the works board from our homepage to see their workout videos!

Typically I don't bet based on astrology... but if I did Abe would be proud.
