LIL E. TEE relaxed nicely after coming away in good order, was unhurried into the backstretch, raced seven wide while advancing approaching the stretch, caught CASUAL LIES a furlong out and proved clearly best under extreme left handed pressure. CASUAL LIES, between horses while close up early, was sent after DANCE FLOOR nearing the stretch, brushed lightly with that rival inside the final three-sixteenths and continued on with good courage. DANCE FLOOR moved around three horses to take over entering the backstretch, quickly opened a clear advantage while remaining well out from the rail, brushed with CASUAL LIES while still vying for the lead approaching the final furlong and weakened. CONTE DI SAVOYA unhurried while saving ground to the backstretch, moved up along the inside to reach a striking position after entering the stretch but failed to sustain his bid. PINE BLUFF, prominent from the outset, moved closest to DANCE FLOOR approaching the end of the backstretch, remained a factor until near the stretch and lacked a late response. AL SABIN came out in front of TECHNOLOGY following the start, raced forwardly into the backstretch while saving ground, came out between horses nearing the far turn, but was finished after angling outside for the drive. DR. DEVIOUS (Ire) passed tired horses. ARAZI, unhurried while outrun into the backstretch, swung out eight wide to launch a run with five furlongs remaining, moved menacingly around horses on the final turn, then came up empty during the drive. MY LUCK RUNS NORTH leaned in after the start bumping ECSTATIC RIDE, fell back through the run down the backstretch and failed to seriously threaten. TECHNOLOGY steadied when AL SABIN came out after the start, gained striking position along the inside racing to the first turn but was finished soon after going six furlongs. WEST BY WEST failed to be a serious factor. DEVIL HIS DUE raced forwardly into the backstretch and gave way. THYER, between horses much of the way, was carefully handled nearing the end of the backstretch. ECSTATIC RIDE, bumped by MY LUCK RUNS NORTH after the start, raced seven wide into the backstretch and failed to reach contention. SIR PINDER, off slowly, was always outrun. PISTOLS AND ROSES raced within easy striking distance to the far turn and tired badly. SNAPPY LANDING showed good early foot, held on well until near the far turn and faltered badly. DISPOSAL, seven wide into the backstretch, wasn't able to keep pace thereafter. Scratched - A.P. Indy was scratched Saturday morning.s
