SEA HERO, unhurried while outrun early, commenced a rally between horses leaving the backstretch, moved inside the leaders for the drive and, after taking over, drew clear under left hand urging. PRAIRIE BAYOU, outrun for six furlongs, raced six wide while advancing nearing the stretch, then finished gamely to gain the place while continuing wide. WILD GALE moved within striking distance around the far turn, split horses approaching the final furlong and continued on with good energy. PERSONAL HOPE raced outside STORM TOWER while prompting the pace, took over just before going seven furlongs, held on well to midstretch and weakened. DIAZO advanced steadily to loom a threat while racing four wide nearing the stretch, then weakened. CORBY, always close up, made a bid between horses approaching the stretch and flattened out. KISSIN KRIS came out into TRUTH OF IT ALL after the start, was outrun for a mile, raced nine wide into the stretch and failed to seriously menace. SILVER OF SILVER had no apparent excuse. RAGTIME REBEL ducked out after hesitating at the start, then failed to be a serious factor. TRUTH OF IT ALL, bothered following the start, was always outrun. BULL INTHE HEATHER, caught in close quarters between horses on the first turn, raced within easy striking distance until near the stretch and gave way. DIXIELAND HEAT tired. WALLENDA was never close. MI CIELO saved ground to no avail. UNION CITY broke into TRUTH OF IT ALL, was allowed to follow the leaders to the end of the backstretch, moved menacingly from the outside approaching the stretch, then faltered badly. STORM TOWER broke alertly, saved ground while showing speed for seven furlongs and stopped badly. ROCKAMUNDO raced forwardly along the inside to the far turn and tired. EL BAKAN, wide around the first turn and into the backstretch, was finished soon after going a half. TOSSOFTHECOIN, close up while between horses until near the end of the backstretch, had nothing left.
