Chef De Cuisine - Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel


Award winning Emirati chef, Musabbeh Tarish, who is renowned for his modern Emirati cuisine joined the Jumeirah Group as Chef De Cuisine for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in 2011.


Chef Musabbeh’s culinary career began when he cooked for the United Arab Emirates Army forces. Throughout his career, Chef Mussabeh has worked for a number of prestigious establishments including the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa, the Dubai World Trade Center and Jumeirah Beach Hotel.


Prior to joining Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Chef Mussabeh appeared on a number of cooking shows including Al Rai TV ‘Sufra Khaleejeeya’, Sharjah TV ‘Cooking and More’ and ‘Top Chefs’ in Lebanon.  He was awarded with a Gold and Silver medal for the Emirates Culinary Award and has participated in the Taste of Dubai.
