Trainer Aidan O'Brien will send multiple Group 2 hero Daddy Long Legs to Churchill Downs, but stablemate Wrote will not make the trip for the Kentucky Derby, HRTV's Millie Ball tweeted Sunday evening.

Daddy Long Legs, who disappointed in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile in his previous visit to Churchill, returned with a strong win in the Group 2 U.A.E. Derby over the Tapeta at Meydan.

Wrote, the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf winner and third in the U.A.E. Derby, sat sixth on the graded earnings list.

His defection will give hope to those on the bubble at the moment, including Rousing Sermon (21st), Mark Valeski (22nd) and El Padrino (23rd). Reveron (24th) is expected to try Saturday's Grade 3 Lexington to leapfrog into the top 20.
