Pin Oak Stable's homebred Don't Leave Me (Lemon Drop Kid) captured Saturday's $147,675 Bourbonette Oaks (G3) at Turfway Park by three parts of a length under jockey Jose Lezcano.

The Malcolm Pierce trainee, who was making her three-year-old debut in the one-mile Polytrack test, stopped the clock in 1:38 3/5 to earn 50 points toward a starting berth in the Kentucky Oaks (G1) on May 1 at Churchill Downs, though she isn't nominated to the race at press time.

Running near the rear of the field early, Don't Leave Me rallied seven wide around the turn and flew home to catch pacesetter and 2-1 favorite Sweet Success (Candy Ride). She paid $13.40 as the 5-1 third choice.
