Chateau Ste. Michelle Mulled Wine

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1 bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Chardonnay
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 30-inch piece of ginger (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
Preparation
  1. Zest and juice 2 oranges into a large pot
  2. Pour one bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon and one bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Chardonnay into the pot
  3. Add 1/3 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, 1/2 tsp of ground cloves.  Stir well.
  4. Cover and heat the mixture for about an hour and make sure it does not boil
  5. Stain and serve with a splash of brandy
