Charred Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ Tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 2 cups Charred Broccoli Florets
- ¼ cup Bacon Pieces, Cooked
- ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cup Slivered Almonds, Toasted
- ¼ cup Local Honey
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F to 450°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Toss together broccoli, olive oil, and chili flakes in a medium bowl. Place vegetables on grates, and grill, uncovered, until charred on all sides, 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from grill, and let cool 10 minutes.
- Whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, in a large bowl.
- Add charred broccoli, bacon pieces, dried cranberries, almonds and salt and pepper; toss to combine.
- Pile high in the center of the appropriate plate.
- Serve immediately
