With the Kentucky Derby right around the corner and the Atlanta Falcons playing this weekend, put aside your standard cheese dip for the ultimate Southern crowd pleaser – Pimento Cheese.

Churchill Downs Executive Chef David Danielson’s Classic Pimento Cheese is quick and easy to make and pairs perfectly with any party bites. If you really want to make it Southern, serve it will good old fashion pork rinds.
