We announced the official Derby menu today and it is delicious! This year, Executive Chef David Danielson inventively combined traditional Southern flavors and local ingredients to make an authentically American culinary experience for our Derby guests in the premium dining areas. 

Chef handpicked ingredients from local Kentucky farmers, dairies and purveyors, including gem lettuces and strawberries grown on a local Aquaponics farm, Parma-style country ham from free-range hogs that graze on chestnuts and papaws in the nearby Appalachian Mountains as well as local cheese, honey, vegetables and herbs.
