Ken and Sarah Ramsey have won nearly every major race in the world except the Kentucky Derby. Kentucky natives, Ken and Sarah met in elementary school and have been together for over 60 years. The Ramseys built their racing legacy together, always with the dream of winning the Kentucky Derby. Their Kentucky Derby journey has been full of ups and downs, most notably a stroke Sarah suffered in 2006. With limited mobility and unable to articulate like she once could, Sarah continues to inspire Ken as they continue to strive for victory with Kentucky Derby hopeful International Star on the first Saturday in May.
