John Oxley’s Silent Tactic has been scratched from Kentucky Derby 152 because of a bruised foot. Trained by Mark Casse, Silent Tactic jogged for 10 minutes in the mile chute under Dass Garcia at 7:30 (all times Eastern) Wednesday morning.
