Starting Gate Box Seats are typically groups of 6 padded fold-down seats on the third level of the facility. Boxes are located outdoors, overlooking the dirt and turf racetracks, and along the finishing stretch.

Clubhouse box seats are typically groups of 6 padded fold-down seats on the first, second and third level of the facility. Boxes are located outdoors, overlooking the dirt and turf racetracks, and sit directly parallel with the finishing stretch.

Typically a members-only club during the race meet, this exclusive premium dining space features a party atmosphere with live entertainment, a bourbon bar, and an interactive Chef’s kitchen including a brick oven and gelato station. The Turf Bleachers are located outdoors on the ground level of the Infield and overlook the dirt and turf racetracks, facing the Grandstand and Homestretch Club. Turf Bleacher guests have access to the Frontside and Paddock areas. Seats are purchased individually, by the seat, in quantities of six (6) tickets or less, per household.

General Admission tickets to the Kentucky Derby and Oaks include an Oaks/Derby program and access to the infield, where you can bring your own chair or picnic blanket and watch the races from the world’s largest 4K video board.

The traditional Finish Line Suites offer a classic country club ambiance with deep wood tones and subdued lighting. This highly-coveted area is situated just above the Finish Line on the 5th Floor and offers two dining options, in addition to the Suites. The indoor Trophy Room provides TV-coverage of the races as well as access to viewing on the Finish Line Balcony. While outdoor covered tables on the Finish Line Balcony provide an open-air view from the fifth Floor of the TwinSpires.

The Wicker Garden is a rooftop lounge space that features foliage and dynamic views near the Starting Gate of the racetrack and of guests arriving on Central Avenue below. Each grouping seats up to 35 guests in a variety of outdoor soft seating.

The Infield Turf Suites are our only suite experience in the infield and the only temporary suites on site. The unique position just inside the turf track near the finish line brings guests breathtakingly close to the thunderous racing action and the excitement of post-race celebrations in the Winners’ Circle. These fully-outfitted suites allow unobstructed views of the Clubhouse and Grandstand while offering private accommodations for large groups. Additionally, these suites offer exclusive transportation from the parking lot.

Positioned alongside the final stretch of the racetrack, the Winner’s Circle Suites are adjacent to the Winner’s Circle and the Paddock Runway with unmatched proximity to racing action and our champion Thoroughbred athletes. Suites are situated on the first floor of the Clubhouse and accommodate up to 18 guests. Kentucky Oaks day availability is extremely limited, and these Suites are not available for Kentucky Derby day.
