This allows guests to enjoy both the racing action as well as the pre-race preparations. See and be seen in the open-air excitement of the 3rd Floor Clubhouse and Turf Terrace with the benefit of a private, luxury setting.

Perched atop the Pagoda Club, the Pagoda Club Rooftop offers an elevated luxury experience with reserved dining tables and breathtaking views. This area provides a premier vantage point to take in the action on Oaks and Derby day. Guests enjoy a covered rooftop setting as their primary seat, with the added benefit of access to the elegant Pagoda Club for an enhanced hospitality experience.

Overlooking the Kentucky Derby Winner’s Circle, it provides breathtaking views of the iconic Twin Spires, grandstand and track. The Conservatory Rooftop Dining offers reserved tables with premium outdoor hospitality and panoramic views of the racetrack, grandstand, and infield. Perched above the Conservatory Suites, guests enjoy elevated race-day experiences with dedicated bars, chef-curated dining, and convenient betting windows, all in a sophisticated and luxurious setting.

Skye Dining offers four floors of interior dining space directly above the Clubhouse located between the finish line and first turn. Each dining room will have a unique interior design to cater to different guest preferences and has easy access to the covered outdoor terrace for viewing.

Offering track level dining, the Skye Lounges offer indoor dining spaces with the ability to enjoy thunderous racing along the rail of the outdoor terrace directly in front of the dining room. Guests can enjoy the famous Kentucky Derby Walkover, where contenders and their connections parade along the track from the barn area to the Paddock prior to the big race.
